Job Description

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring across its nationwide offices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to align on current and future talent needs
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of roles across the organization
  • Create and manage a recruiter dashboard of job postings and develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a proactive talent network for upcoming hiring needs
  • Source and engage talent through channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, job boards, colleges, trade schools, and industry events
  • Build and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates
  • Represent JMT’s culture, values, and career opportunities throughout the candidate experience
  • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements
  • Conduct screening interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and organizational fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Provide hiring managers with insights to support job offer decisions
  • Manage the offer approval process and collaborate with leadership to support timely decisions
  • Monitor candidates through the hiring process, including background check status and follow-up
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting regulations
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements to increase recruiting effectiveness
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Recruiting experience in engineering, architecture, construction, consulting, or technology industries
  • Experience recruiting for technical and hard-to-fill professional roles

Working Conditions

  • Work performed in a general office environment
  • Work is generally sedentary; occasional standing and walking may be required
  • Office conditions include adequate lighting and temperature, with no hazardous or unpleasant conditions from noise, dust, or similar factors

Location: Round Rock, TX (onsite)
