Recruiter - Hotel Experience Required
Job Description
This fully remote contract Recruiter role supports Hilton-managed hotels across North America by partnering with business leaders to manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle. The position reports to the Manager of the Recruitment Operations Center and focuses on consistent delivery of recruitment processes, compliance, and performance metrics.
Role Overview
You will oversee hiring activities for open roles within Hilton-managed properties across North America, ensuring that recruitment standards are met throughout the workflow. The role is responsible for screening, sourcing, coordination of pre-employment steps, and timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure recruitment processes, metrics, and compliance are achieved in line with established standards
- Use an applicant tracking system (ATS) to review applicant information submitted in response to job postings
- Conduct screening interviews and refer qualified candidates to the appropriate hiring managers
- Source candidates for hard-to-fill roles through proactive outreach and sourcing strategies
- Set minimum qualification standards before positions are posted and manage postings across internal, external, and commercial job sites
- Administer pre-approved selection tests and pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug testing, and employment authorization verification
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and close out positions in the ATS after completing required notes and final dispositions
- Provide regular recruitment updates to Recruitment Operations Center leaders, hiring managers, and property-level leadership teams
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure recruitment needs are accurately assessed and fulfilled
- Develop and maintain a quality talent pipeline through hospitality community networking, sourcing and cold calling outreach, job fair participation, and continued engagement with prospective candidates
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development capabilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and applicable employment laws
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices
