Recruiter - Pharmacy Fulfillment

Chewy’s Pharmacy Fulfillment Talent Acquisition team is looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to help power a high-volume, high-quality hiring pipeline. This onsite role in Ocala, FL supports a strong candidate experience while you execute end-to-end recruiting work, from sourcing through reference checks and ongoing process improvements.

What you’ll do

• Own recruiting and pipelining plans, executing activities to meet hiring goals.
• Identify recruiting sources and assess new talent, using innovative approaches to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct independent sourcing through social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, and other methods.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure goals are met.
• Maintain a phenomenal candidate experience while juggling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Drive a consistent flow of qualified candidates using both active and passive sourcing.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in niche areas based on market needs and business strategies.
• Support Campus Recruiting initiatives.
• Conduct candidate reference checks, focused on raising the hiring bar with each hire.
• Track recruiting goals, metrics, and hiring-cycle performance, and communicate status and results regularly.
• Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to the recruitment process.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Connect regularly with new hires to ensure the candidate experience carries through to post-offer steps, including Leads HRIS and Time and Attendance system implementations within corporate and field offices as required.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What you bring

• 1 to 3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, with healthcare and pharmacy preferred.
• Proven success directly sourcing candidates.
• Strong knowledge of outside recruiting resources, including social recruiting.
• Experience working with an ATS.
• Outstanding networking and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
• Ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and continuously re-prioritize.
• High sense of urgency and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Comfortable with the latest tech and tools.
