Recruiter - Talent Acquisition

Scott & Associates, P.C. is seeking a Recruiting Specialist / Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help support the firm’s growth. This onsite role in Plano, TX focuses on high-volume recruiting for legal and administrative positions across multiple office locations, with full-cycle coordination and strong candidate care.

Location and Compensation

• Location: Plano, TX (onsite)
• Compensation: USD 50,000–70,000 per year

Minimum experience: 3 years

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage recruiting efforts for roles across states, ensuring candidate records are maintained in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and that interview logistics are coordinated between candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers across multiple states
• Maintain and update candidate records in the firm’s ATS
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting through offer extension, across a variety of roles
• Assist with job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing projects
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams on process improvements and special projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in High-Volume Recruiting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident phone presence
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with email, scheduling tools, and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
