Recruiter - Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Rubin & Rothman, LLC. is hiring a Recruiter - Talent Acquisition for a remote role. This position owns the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to keep hiring processes running smoothly. The salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, career sites, and other recruiting channels.
- Source qualified candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, resume databases, and recruitment events.
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide hiring managers with guidance and updates on candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruiting progress.
- Support offer coordination, reference checks, background check processes, and onboarding handoffs as needed.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, and equal employment opportunity standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, or a related role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting practices and candidate evaluation methods.
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruitment best practices (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple open roles at once.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make sound recommendations.
- Professional, confidential, and service-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience recruiting for multiple departments or levels of seniority.
- Experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and candidate pipelines.
