Recruiting Administrator

TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiting Administrator for an on-site contract role in Herndon, VA. The position supports end-to-end hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, while partnering with internal stakeholders to meet recruiting priorities.

Role Overview

This contract opportunity focuses on helping hiring teams identify qualified candidates and move them through a structured hiring pipeline. You will communicate consistently with candidates, manage candidate flow, and support hiring needs across a variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of positions
• Establish relationships with job seekers and guide them through the hiring process
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Support candidates in progressing toward the next step in their careers while contributing to business results

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or similar experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, business hours

Location and Workplace Type

• Herndon, VA (fully onsite)

Pay

• Hourly pay range: $20.00–$21.00/hr
• Individual compensation within the range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors
