Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Sales Recruiter for an onsite role in Bensalem, PA, to actively source and close high-performing sales professionals and sales leaders. This position emphasizes leveraging LinkedIn and other recruiting channels, with a strong partnership with leadership to drive rapid growth. The successful candidate will build a robust talent pipeline aimed at accelerating the company’s expansion as it scales.
Responsibilities
- Self-source top-tier sales talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales representatives
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales leaders and managers
- Build relationships with passive candidates
- Create and execute recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth
- Partner with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do
