Job Description

Join Amazon's AWS Sales Recruiting team as a Sales Sourcing Recruiter, focusing on candidate generation strategies for sales roles and collaborating with hiring teams to shape sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches in a fast-paced, global environment.

Salary: USD 72,000 - 126,100 per year

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing stakeholder expectations through a deep understanding of candidate markets
  • Source passive, in-demand sales candidates and assess role fit by gauging chemistry and motivation, rather than simply selling a role
  • Provide strategic guidance and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on both technical and non-technical hiring
  • Develop sourcing models and plans to build technical and non-technical talent pools; design and execute robust search strategies and align job profiles with hiring managers
  • Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that support long-term company growth; implement new processes and refine standard recruiting practices
  • Document a plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
  • Conduct interviews within the framework of the position specification
  • Contribute to or lead special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of interviewing practices, leveraging internal talent, and identifying top performers for senior roles

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of technical recruiting in high-volume, high-expectation environments
  • Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
  • At least 3 years of passive candidate generation experience
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • At least 3 years of experience working with CRM, ATS, or related applicant tracking software systems and analytics tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and related tools such as InfoPath and SharePoint
