Job Description

On-site in Charlotte, NC, the Senior Human Resources Coordinator supports hotel teams and leadership by delivering service, driving recruiting, and maintaining confidential HR systems.
  • Greet and assist associates and applicants with HR inquiries, delivering professional, confidential support.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting from job postings through interviews, onboarding, drug testing, and orientation.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate recognition and engagement activities to boost associate morale and culture.
  • Keep HRIS data accurate while safeguarding confidential information.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on benefits, policies, and procedures for associates.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and Executive Committee members as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Assume additional duties to support evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude, service orientation, and a passion for people.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Dependable with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to follow all policies outlined in the Associate Orientation Handbook.
