Job Description

This Senior Professional Recruiter position in Santa Clara, CA focuses on end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for requisitions using job boards, employee referrals, placement ads, networking, cold outreach, and external agencies.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess fit and interest, and share role and company information with candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Deliver verbal offers in consultation with Hiring Managers and in accordance with the company compensation policy.
  • Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed for candidates throughout the sourcing process.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment, selection, and hiring cycle.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of corporate experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in information technology or engineering; includes sales/leadership recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Expert-level knowledge of all full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Experience with a server-based applicant tracking system, Taleo preferred.
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions.
  • Demonstrated capacity to recruit on a national, multi-location level.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong internet research skills and experience mining online databases.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email.
