Senior Recruiter

This Senior Recruiter role oversees end-to-end hiring for non-dentist positions across 27 locations, reporting to the Chief Talent Officer. Based in Phoenix, AZ with hybrid work arrangements, the position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits, with bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all non-dentist roles across 27 locations in multiple states.
• Write and publish engaging job ads across job boards, social channels, and the applicant tracking system.
• Proactively source and build pipelines for high-turnover and hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and capability.
• Collaborate with location and regional hiring managers to define needs, calibrate expectations, and move candidates quickly.
• Extend and negotiate offers, then close successful candidates.
• Ensure a clean, well-documented handoff to HR for onboarding.
• Monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and related metrics, reporting progress to the Chief Talent Officer.
• Provide a fast, professional, and welcoming candidate experience that reflects the Risas brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume and/or multi-location settings.
• Healthcare, dental, retail, or services industry recruiting is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill roles swiftly.
• Ability to manage many open requisitions across multiple markets simultaneously.
• Strong partnering and communication with hiring managers.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing tools.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and metrics-minded.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus given the communities served.
