Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a business-facing recruiter role within Silent-Aire, a Johnson Controls division. Based on site in Gilbert, AZ, this position leads the North America recruitment lifecycle and partners with stakeholders through clear and proactive communication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the selection and offer stages of the recruitment process
- Utilize Power BI to monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage candidate communications at the offer stage, delivering a high-touch and professional experience
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
- Leverage a variety of AI tools to streamline tasks such as writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and analyzing candidate data for greater efficiency and consistency
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture during candidate interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish to ensure clear and inclusive communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations
- Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles is preferred but not required
- Proven success using data and partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and improve processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday or similar platforms is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
