What we offer

Onsite opportunity in Milwaukee with Global Power Components. In this role, you will lead full‑cycle recruiting for office and professional roles across a wide range of functions, actively build and maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a professional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. You’ll collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to support smooth transitions from offer to first day and contribute to workforce planning initiatives within a collaborative, results‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing plans for professional, technical, and leadership roles across Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Security, Safety, IT, Quality, Training, and Leadership.
  • Build and maintain talent pools through proactive sourcing, networking, professional associations, industry groups, and online platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS databases.
  • Partner with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to cultivate pipelines for entry‑level and experienced professionals.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices for office and professional roles.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for office and professional positions, including job posting development, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Lead recruiting for senior, specialized, and leadership roles with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and consultative guidance.
  • Coach hiring managers on interview best practices, structured interviewing, and selection decisions.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee requisitions, candidate records, and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/affirmative action requirements.
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer to first day, including coordination of onboarding events and orientation for professional hires.
  • Support special HR projects, workforce planning initiatives, and organizational staffing strategy as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience focusing on professional, technical, or corporate roles; manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple functional areas such as Sales, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Quality, Training, Safety, or Leadership.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday or other HRIS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, EEO compliance, and recruiting best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
