Sr. Recruiter (temp)
Job Description
CHA Consulting, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Recruiter (temp) for a remote, temporary full-time role supporting the Infrastructure sector within the Human Resources Team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and build effective sourcing strategies for diverse, high-caliber candidates
- Conduct candidate interviews using behavioral and competency-based interview methods
- Act as a CHA brand ambassador by maintaining strong connections and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
- Manage multiple priorities with an average requisition load of 20+ open positions while adapting to new systems and methods in a fast-paced environment
- Source candidates for specialized, hard-to-fill technical engineering roles using social media platforms and recruitment tools
- Track recruiting metrics and performance, manage recruiting data and reporting, and use recruiting systems to optimize results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a technical environment
- Expertise in recruiting and/or sourcing for specialized technical engineering roles (required)
- At least 5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting focused on targeted geographic areas and/or technical specialties
- Prior recruiting experience in the A/E/C industry (highly desired) with a strong preference for infrastructure experience
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, HireEZ, Boolean search techniques, AI-powered tools, and other talent attraction methods
- Proven success sourcing, vetting, and presenting qualified candidates using multiple sourcing tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (iCMS preferred)
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance, outreach, and reporting (plus)
- Experience managing recruiting teams

Compensation
- $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
- Salary is based on qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
