Job Description
Location: Washington, DC (onsite) | Salary: USD 121,785 - 158,322 per year | Minimum experience: 1 year
Responsibilities
- Offer strategic HR management guidance to senior managers and supervisors on recruitment and placement policies and practices.
- Assess workforce trends and forecast staffing needs that could influence future recruitment and placement procedures.
- Develop action plans to boost productivity and ensure achievement of HR goals, objectives, and milestones.
- Impose minor disciplinary measures such as warnings or reprimands and recommend more serious actions when warranted.
- Guide and train subordinate HR specialists on work tasks and administrative matters.
- Supervise a team of HR staff and provide technical direction to ensure effective operation of recruitment and placement activities.
Requirements
