Job Description

Join 1st Franklin Financial Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Administrator onsite in Toccoa, GA. This role focuses on attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring paperwork, all while applying HR best practices within our recruitment team.

Responsibilities

  • Executes Talent Acquisition functions
  • Manage and post open positions
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system as needed
  • Create and edit job posting templates
  • Review resume submissions to qualify candidates
  • Phone screen candidates to identify qualified candidates
  • Forward top candidates to hiring supervisor
  • Coordinate interview schedules
  • Create job offer letters, submit for approval, and extend to candidate
  • Executes Pre-boarding functions
  • Assign pre-employment test, background, and drug testing
  • Submit pre-employment checks, reports, and results to hiring manager
  • Prepare, process, and allocate invoices
  • Maintain records and interactions with vendors
  • Scan and index candidate files
  • Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience
  • Organize and attend Career Fairs
  • Responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Builds Internal and External relationships
  • Ensure confidential information is maintained

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with Human Resource emphasis
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
  • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
  • Ability to take information and convert to actionable material for all audiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyse relevant information and apply individual judgment
  • Must be an initiative-taker with strong organization and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Must be detailed and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
  • Strong knowledge or the ability to learn all software platforms including instructional software
  • Ability to obtain certification in required assessments
