Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition and sourcing efforts across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job standards, and establish structured selection criteria.
  • Develop active talent pipelines through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and community partnerships.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including resume screening, initial structured interviews, background checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, college recruiting events, and related activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through a comprehensive onboarding framework.

Employee Development

  • Evaluate employee skills and performance across departments to identify capability gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate professional development sessions, leadership training workshops, and coaching for individual contributors.
  • Administer the performance management process to help managers map out clear internal career paths for their teams.
  • Lead succession planning initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of HR experience with proven success in both recruitment and employee development.
  • Core technical and soft skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Data‑driven decision making using talent analytics to identify pipeline or training deficiencies.
  • Exceptional relationship building and active listening skills to foster trust across all operational levels.
