Job Description

Community First Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help connect compassionate professionals with meaningful roles across our campuses and service lines. In a hybrid arrangement based in Hamilton, OH, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to build robust candidate pipelines and ensure an exceptional experience for every applicant. This role supports recruitment across multiple locations, including Dayton and Mason.

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Community First Solutions, actively sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified candidates who share a commitment to compassionate care. You will work with hiring managers to design creative sourcing strategies and maintain a steady flow of talent across campuses and service lines in Hamilton, Dayton, and Mason.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through resume databases and professional networking sites
  • Develop and sustain a diverse pipeline of both active and passive candidates
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers updated with timely communications, while building pipelines for current attrition and anticipated growth
  • Create varied recruitment approaches to broaden the candidate pool
  • Leverage proprietary tools to define searches and execute mobile and email campaigns to talent communities
  • Present verbal and written job offers; partner with the hiring Director on negotiations and counter offers
  • Foster relationships with schools, technical programs, community organizations, and other sourcing channels; participate in job fairs and events to maintain campus presence
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the employment brand and execute targeted campaigns across print, digital, and social media
  • Identify recruitment challenges, communicate proactively, and work with senior management to remove barriers
  • Provide regular status updates on active searches to leadership
  • Update candidate statuses in ATS or proprietary systems
  • Communicate effectively with candidates via phone, email, or video
  • Manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned and appropriate to the role

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of two years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, caregiving, nursing, behavioral health, or related fields preferred
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system is required
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Proactive candidate sourcing, including cold calling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment
  • Maintains confidentiality and discretion due to sensitive information
  • Demonstrates initiative, urgency, good judgment, and escalation as needed
  • Professional, personable demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, or payroll software is a plus
