Talent Acquisition Manager (Technical Recruiter)

Responsibilities

• Directly source qualified candidates for roles across Engineering (Software Engineers), Product (Product Management and Data Science), and Machine Learning teams.
• Meet with hiring managers to define role scope, establish interview panels, coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview packets, and gather timely feedback to ensure a smooth candidate experience and minimize time to fill.
• Partner with Human Resources to benchmark compensation ranges for each position.
• Manage open roles within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Post openings to LinkedIn Recruiter and the PubMatic Careers page.
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold outreach, complex internet searches, and targeted research.
• Identify active candidates from online databases, internal databases, contact lists, and employee referrals.
• Implement sourcing strategies that yield a diverse slate of candidates and build diverse pipelines to meet current and future needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and new hires via phone and email throughout hiring and orientation processes.

Requirements

• Prior experience recruiting for Ad Tech, Digital Advertising, Media, or Ecommerce is required.
• Experience filling high‑volume roles across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Marketing from entry to senior levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• LinkedIn Recruiter expert.
