Talent Acquisition Partner

InterSystems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the onsite team in Boston, MA. In this role, you will collaborate with senior business leaders to shape hiring across engineering, sales, and corporate functions, managing a diverse portfolio of technical, commercial, and corporate searches as a strategic advisor. The position offers a salary range of USD 77,000 to 94,000 per year and requires a minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple functions
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, serving as a trusted recruiting advisor
• Prepare hiring teams for interviews and ensure the process is efficient, professional, and consistent
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit, providing informed recommendations to the teams
• Oversee the offer stage from reference checks and compensation recommendations through offer acceptance
• Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to understand business priorities, share market insights, and shape hiring strategies
• Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates, interviewers, managers, and teammates throughout the process
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding efforts

Requirements

• Minimum two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally spanning technical and business functions
• Strong preference for experience recruiting for sales roles and partnering with sales leadership
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Solid understanding of the technology landscape, including technical skill requirements, hiring trends, and candidate motivations
• Experience in an agency, corporate recruiting environment, or a combination of both
• Curious by nature with a drive to understand the business and how talent supports organizational success
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, global setting
• Commitment to quality, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred
• Proven ability to leverage AI-powered sourcing, research, and productivity tools to improve recruiting outcomes
