Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Sevita's REM Community Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help build and sustain a capable workforce essential to daily operations. This onsite role in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and reporting on recruitment results, with travel across Minnesota required. The position offers a starting salary around $56,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Draft employment advertisements and identify effective external channels to attract qualified applicants.
• Create and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school partnerships.
• Analyze recruitment and retention metrics and prepare reporting for management.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with others.
• Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of best practices in social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and Excel.
• Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values.
• Ability to interpret metrics and make appropriate recommendations.
