Job Description

University of Utah Health invites a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its Hospitals & Clinics recruitment team. This full‑time, day shift role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Salt Lake City, UT, and a relationship‑driven approach to full‑cycle recruiting across the health system. You will source, screen, and engage candidates from multiple channels while partnering with hiring leaders to meet workforce needs.

Responsibilities

  • Review applicants for open roles and present top candidates to the Senior Recruiter for consideration.
  • Develop a proactive talent network through outreach on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to build a robust pipeline.
  • Maintain sourcing activity in the CRM and provide analysis and recommendations based on talent community data.
  • Conduct warm and cold outreach to candidates within the network to promote University of Utah Health Care openings.
  • Support interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Engage in scope discussions with hiring managers and leaders to align on requirements.
  • Suggest alternative sourcing channels and strategies to broaden the candidate pool.

  • Demonstrated potential to perform the essential functions described above.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

This is a sedentary role that may require the exertion of up to 10 pounds and the occasional moving of objects. The position primarily involves sitting and does not involve exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
