Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and interviewing applicants.
• Draft employment advertisements and select appropriate external channels to attract qualified applicants.
• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies such as advertising campaigns, job fairs, and school partnerships.
• Analyze recruitment and retention metrics and report findings to management.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related area
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport
• Technically proficient with knowledge of social media recruiting, applicant tracking systems, and Excel
• Strong commitment to the company’s mission and values
• Ability to interpret metrics and make informed recommendations
