Job Description

Goldbelt, Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support the AK Division and its LLCs with identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to fill vacant roles. This onsite position in Juneau, AK emphasizes building strong talent pipelines, executing full lifecycle recruiting, and aligning with current and future hiring needs through strategic sourcing and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will leverage diverse sourcing methods, participate in local job events, and uphold a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using a range of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • Source and recruit for multiple skill sets, demonstrating the ability to handle high-volume recruiting through varied methods.
  • Represent the AK Division at local Juneau job events to support recruitment efforts.
  • Solicit referrals from current employees and external networks.
  • Promote the employer brand both online and offline.
  • Maintain candidate databases through the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Communicate with past applicants about new opportunities via the icims CRM.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluating, and offers.
  • Develop unique sourcing strategies, including internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across client business groups and HR.
  • Deliver a highly positive candidate experience regardless of outcome.
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for multiple LLCs.
  • Develop search strategies and target lists of top talent.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Commitment to developing strong relationships with candidates to create a pipeline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, SharePoint, and iCIMS.
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Ability to work harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Strong prioritization, deadline management, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Effective and diplomatic communication with colleagues, outside agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of software, tools, and systems used in a corporate setting, including Windows and the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four or more years of sourcing and recruiting experience.
  • Five or more years of hands-on sourcing techniques experience (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Recruiting experience with Cyber and Cyber defensive operations, data management, Intelligence, counterintelligence support, IT operations and management, logistics support, administrative support, help desk, and training.
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including job description development, sourcing, prescreening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and hiring.
  • Experience recruiting for cleared professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs).
  • Experience in government contracting.
  • Experience with iCIMS.
