Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Job Description
Matter Health is seeking a relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring onsite in Nashville.
Responsibilities
- Run the full recruiting lifecycle for clinical, operational, and corporate roles from intake meetings through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide regular status updates
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and other sourcing methods
- Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct recruiter phone and video interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules while supporting a professional, engaging candidate experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and recruiting workflows in the ATS
- Track recruiting metrics including pipeline health, source effectiveness, interview conversion rates, and time-to-fill
- Support employer branding and recruiting marketing through recruiting events, networking, and career fairs
- Partner with the People Operations team to assist onboarding activities and support a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, workflows, and the overall hiring experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across healthcare, operations, corporate, or other professional roles
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruiting workflows and candidate pipelines
- Experience using Ashby ATS
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions with high attention to detail
- Experience working directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
- Healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and equal employment opportunity guidelines

- Begin independently managing a portfolio of open positions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Within 6 Months
- Manage a full requisition load across clinical, operational, and corporate positions
- Build proactive talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles
- Become a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience
Within 12 Months
- Consistently deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Drive improvements through recruiting metrics and process optimization
- Help scale Talent Acquisition as Matter Health expands into new communities and markets
- Serve as a trusted partner within the People Operations team while supporting long-term growth
