Job Description
Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter & Sourcer for Flexential Corp in Centennial, CO (hybrid), supporting high-volume entry-level and mid-level technical and operational roles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting for a high-volume slate of entry-level and mid-level roles, handling intake, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer support, and candidate dispositioning.
- Support hiring across technical support, data center operations, IT operations, infrastructure, and customer support functions.
- Balance multiple open requisitions at different stages while preserving speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to capture role requirements, success profiles, must-have skills, location needs, and hiring timelines.
- Deliver routine updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, candidate activity, bottlenecks, and recommended next steps.
- Maintain process discipline to ensure efficient progression of roles through the recruiting lifecycle.
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, resume databases, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, community networks, technical schools, and additional channels.
- Apply sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, targeted outreach, talent mapping, and competitor research to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates for fit, technical aptitude, scheduling/location constraints, compensation alignment, and readiness.
- Keep precise candidate records and pipeline activity in the ATS.
- Provide a high-touch experience for hiring managers by remaining responsive, prepared, consultative, and transparent.
- Foster trust with hiring teams through clear communication, reliable follow-through, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ensure timely, professional, and consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Support structured recruiting practices with clear intake alignment, calibrated screening, timely feedback, and consistent process execution.
- Represent the employer brand with professionalism, warmth, and credibility.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant ATS data, including candidate status, interview activity, notes, and disposition reasons.
- Adapt quickly as workflows, systems, processes, locations, and business needs evolve.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes, increase efficiency, reduce friction, and improve hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture colleagues to stabilize new tools, workflows, and recruiting practices.
- Adhere to applicable employment laws, company policies, EEO guidelines, and compliance expectations throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Assist with TA Enablement duties such as coordinating scheduling.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
- 1 year of sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, Boolean search, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Experience sourcing passive technical talent and building recurring talent pipelines.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Solid understanding of recruiting best practices and basic employment compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including polished email communication, strong phone presence, and professional stakeholder updates.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records and follow process expectations.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Base Pay Range
Hourly range offered for this position is $30.00 - $36.00. The actual pay range depends on experience, location, and qualifications.
Contract Details
This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to extend or convert to full-time based on business needs and performance.
