Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description
Contract Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Coordinator role at Daley and Associates in Boston, MA on a hybrid schedule (3 on-site days per week, 2 remote) with a pay rate of $28-$36 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate interviews and recruiting-related scheduling across multiple teams, balancing calendars and ensuring timely reminders.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, maintaining professionalism and consistency from outreach to offer.
- Track candidates and maintain recruiting records in the applicant tracking system, updating statuses and notes to support timely decision making.
- Assist with candidate onboarding and coordinate background check processes with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support campus recruiting programs, career fairs, and recruiting events with logistics, scheduling, and participant coordination.
- Monitor recruiting inboxes, triage inquiries, and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and clear progression of candidates through stages.
- Help deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding and first days on the job.
- Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 0-2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a corporate environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with calendar management and interview scheduling is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
