Talent Acquisition Recruiting Specialist
Job Description
Support end-to-end hiring and candidate placement while partnering with HR and business leaders to meet long-term staffing goals.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting: identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to confirm role requirements and align recruiting efforts with company objectives.
- Source and engage active and passive talent using job boards, social media, networking events, and Boolean search techniques.
- Evaluate candidates through resume review and preliminary phone or video interviews, assessing qualifications and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and hiring team for review and next steps.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Partner with department managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and support structured interviewing.
- Use an Applicant Tracking System to manage requisitions, track hiring metrics, and support compliance with EEOC and employment laws.
- Extend offers by presenting compensation and benefits, negotiating salaries, and closing candidates.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience.
- Understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition trends, and applicable employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical capability for data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Compensation
- USD 75,000 - 85,000 per year
