Talent Acquisition & Retention Associate
Job Description
This Talent Acquisition and Retention Associate role at JRBT in Waco, TX centers on full-cycle recruiting, campus engagement, employee retention initiatives, and culture driven events to strengthen talent pipelines and the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for accounting internships, from sourcing to offer stage
- Support hiring across multiple departments by partnering with leadership on growth needs
- Foster relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations
- Plan and run career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting events
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hires
- Collaborate with HR to conduct stay interviews, analyze turnover data, and identify trends
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance engagement, belonging, and retention
- Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and the employee experience
- Plan and execute company-wide events such as holiday celebrations, appreciation days, and volunteer activities
- Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and communications
- Collaborate with marketing to strengthen employer branding and storytelling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, professional services background preferred
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience planning and executing events of varying scales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel to college campuses
- Experience with events or campus recruiting is a plus

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required for events.
Compensation
$75,000–$90,000 per year
