Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to drive candidate flow and quality through the Veritiv Careers Site, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels, while complying with applicable sourcing and hiring laws.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience through timely communication, understanding candidate needs, and guiding the recruitment process efficiently.
• Regularly update the Talent Acquisition Partner on sourcing status for open roles and identify process improvements to enhance applicant quality and volume.
• Utilize Workday and CRM tools effectively to document, pipeline future candidates, build the talent pool, and review applicants.
• Build brand awareness by becoming fluent in the Veritiv story to attract candidates.
