Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Corpay is hiring a Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support hiring across our Sales and Technology divisions. This hybrid role is based in Brentwood, TN, with additional office location options in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will work with the recruiting team and help build strong candidate pipelines while mentoring sourcers and partnering with Talent Acquisition teams.

What you’ll do

• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for operations and sales roles
• Use multiple sourcing channels and tools to build and maintain current, high-quality candidate pipelines
• Coordinate interview activity and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Deliver data-driven recruiting updates and insights to HR leadership
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of talent acquisition sourcers
• Manage additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

What you bring

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting North America-region recruiting
• Experience sourcing and/or recruiting across technology and sales functions
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Dayforce or Workday, plus recruiting analytics
• Advanced sourcing proficiency using Indeed and LinkedIn
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
