The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the People Attraction Supervisor in executing the HR recruiting program for Liebherr USA Co. and its U.S. operating divisions. The role encompasses full cycle recruiting, employer branding, and collaboration with HR to attract and hire talent.

Responsibilities

Recruit for approved position openings for U.S. Liebherr companies and operating divisions.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
Leverage social media and digital tools to showcase employee stories, culture, and career opportunities.
Maintain the applicant tracking system, review and evaluate qualifications, and refer qualified applications to managers with hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Schedule interviews and prepare applicant correspondence.
Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills; may attend and conduct interviews with the hiring team.
Inform applicants of duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Collaborate with the hiring manager and Human Resources during the offer process and extend job offers.
Assist in creating brand awareness and promoting the value of working for the U.S. companies.
Engage potential candidates through social media and participate in networking and recruiting events virtually or in person.
Assist with tracking, measuring, and reporting on recruiting efforts.
Support the Shared Services HR Department in HR sponsored events.
Contribute to Recruiting and HR related projects of limited complexity in a support role.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
Work on Recruiting and HR related projects of a more complex nature.
Recruit for management level positions and for senior management positions.
May assist with coordinating pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and physicals.
May assist in coordinating with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees based on departmental needs.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assess effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
Assist with new employee orientation and exit interviews.
Study the impact of legislation and support compliance with federal and state laws.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives aligned with the organization’s culture, values, and talent strategy.
Translate the employee value proposition (EVP) into consistent messaging across recruiting channels.
Partner with HR and Marketing to align internal culture initiatives with external employment brand messaging.
Design and implement candidate communication strategies to enhance engagement and transparency.
Gather candidate feedback and identify opportunities to improve the recruitment experience.
Support onboarding and pre-boarding communications to reinforce employer brand messaging.

Requirements

Level 2: A related bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level 3: A related bachelor’s degree and 4-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
