Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join Prime Healthcare Management Inc as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in East Liverpool, OH. This on-site, full-time role supports strategic workforce planning by managing full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead. You will leverage iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search to identify top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Utilize iCIMS ATS and CRM systems to maintain candidate pipelines and accurate records
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using advanced search techniques and sourcing tools
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications, licensure, certifications, and alignment
• Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to support hiring decisions
• Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline health, and requisition status
• Represent the organization at career fairs and conduct campus outreach initiatives to build and maintain a strong new graduate pipeline
• Support positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED, required
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems
• Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates

• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills
