Talent Acquisition Specialist

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its Dallas main office to manage full-cycle recruiting and support high-performing hiring across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and shape sourcing strategies
• Handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and support the selection process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Monitor and apply industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on talent acquisition or recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
