Job Description

Drive full-cycle hiring for US-based roles across multiple states in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Pittston, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, helping ensure a seamless and thoughtful candidate experience aligned to Boden’s brand
  • Source candidates using a mix of creative strategies, including direct outreach, market mapping, networking, and employee referrals
  • Review applications and resumes, conduct initial phone or video screens, and coordinate with hiring managers on interview scheduling and outcomes
  • Extend approved offers and start onboarding processes to support a friendly, organized, and hassle-free transition for new hires
  • Bring fresh ideas to talent-market engagement, exploring new approaches to connect with qualified candidates
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to recommend pay rates and salary ranges, ensuring alignment with industry standards, location, internal pay equity, and internal budgets
  • Stay ahead of hiring needs by identifying upcoming vacancies, understanding internal moves, and prompting hiring managers when action is needed
  • Partner with hiring managers to create and refine job descriptions that reflect responsibilities and required qualifications
  • Champion Boden’s culture and brand ethos, working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to align US recruitment strategies
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
  • Recommend and help establish interview assessments to support a consistent and fair hiring approach
  • Track and interpret recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve processes
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, delivering commercially minded, solutions-focused support throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Educate and coach hiring managers on interviewing techniques, evaluation criteria, and decision-making to improve hiring outcomes and support equitable hiring decisions
  • Partner with the People Team to stay aligned across talent needs
  • Support a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with agencies, universities, and job boards
  • Partner with HR to refine onboarding documents and processes for a consistent, positive, on-brand experience
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws across each location throughout the hiring process
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Retail recruitment experience strongly preferred; warehouse and contact center recruitment experience also preferred
  • Domestic travel required, including overnight and/or multi-day trips
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS), plus a range of recruiting methods from interviewing through assessment activities
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
  • Friendly, professional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidential information
