Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports full-cycle recruiting for designated QRM (Quality Rehab Management) clients, helping coordinate sourcing, applicant communication, and requisition management while working toward established TA key performance indicators. The role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and operates remotely.

Role Scope

In this position, you facilitate and implement all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned clients. You manage hiring activity from postings through candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and offer communication, while maintaining reporting cadence and performance against TA key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly collaboration meetings with internal operations to strategically manage open positions and resolve staffing issues.
  • Independently complete 5 key market research components for each assigned geographic area to understand complexities that may impact staffing.
  • Acquire 5 key facility-specific attributes for each assigned site from the Operations team or Client.
  • Manage job postings for accuracy, timely posting and removal, and budget alignment.
  • Meet and achieve TA key performance indicators.
  • Maintain open position aging at or below the company average.
  • Maintain a lower percentage of open positions to closed job requisitions.
  • Contact qualified applicants within 24 hours of candidate submission.
  • Contact therapists within 48 hours of resignation notice in an effort to retain.
  • Immediately schedule interviews, site visits, and extensions of offers to expedite the process.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of offer details and/or status changes communicated to the client, and entered into the ATS and rehab documentation software within 24 hours.
  • Prepare recruitment activity reports for clients following the department template.
  • Evaluate and assess personal performance on a routine basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources (ideally in healthcare), or experience as a practicing therapist.
  • Basic understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
  • Independent and self-motivated work style.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong proactive written and verbal communication to support client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborative skills and the ability to work remotely and autonomously.
  • Strong time management with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Discretion, sensitivity, and capability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
  • Microsoft Office and ATS proficiency, including aptitude to learn new programs.

Compensation and Work Location

  • Location: Remote
  • Salary: USD 65,000 per year (from $65,000.00 per year)
  • Compensation structure: Base plus bonus opportunities
