Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this onsite Talent Acquisition Specialist role in New Windsor, NY, you will play a meaningful part in workforce development by building efficient hiring processes that deliver a consistent candidate experience across both facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for all open roles across both facilities and every department.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and set recruiting timelines.
• Proactively source candidates using online platforms, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants to confirm alignment with role requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and keep candidates informed with timely communication.
• Maintain and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline strength, and hiring quality.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support future hiring needs.
• Support a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or an operations-driven environment.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple openings across different functions at the same time.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• A proactive, results-driven approach to hiring.

Compensation & Location

New Windsor, NY (onsite)

USD 68,000 - 75,000 per year

The role is focused on efficiency, quality, and candidate experience, with end-to-end ownership across both facilities.
