Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Rennes Group. This onsite position is based in De Pere, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and executes every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Partners with department leaders to define and document precise job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Evaluates and adopts recruiting methods aligned with the role, industry benchmarks, and organizational needs.
- Supports posting and advertising activities to reach suitable candidates.
- Reviews applications and identifies candidates who meet the requirements.
- Coordinates interview scheduling and develops interview questions and other selection materials.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR staff during offers, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and related details.
- Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Participates in college career fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for a range of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with, or able to quickly learn, applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
