Responsibilities

• Help identify and attract qualified candidates using diverse channels such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit for internal roles
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide support throughout the interview process
• Keep candidate records accurate and up-to-date in the applicant tracking system
• Post openings on appropriate job boards and platforms to reach strong candidate pools
• Build and maintain positive candidate experiences and relationships throughout recruitment
• Develop and sustain an employee referral network to support hiring objectives

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Required experience in ABA recruiting
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Must be able to work onsite daily and collaborate with other staff members
