Job Description
Adept Talent is hiring an experienced Travel Recruiter to own a full-desk healthcare recruiting workflow in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a dedicated pipeline of healthcare candidates
- Run full-cycle recruiting from outreach through placement
- Use AI-assisted tools to identify and prioritize high-fit candidates
- Focus daily effort on candidate engagement, closing, and redeployment
- Support recruiting across multiple role needs as the business scales
- Contribute ideas to improve recruiting workflow, tools, and processes
Requirements
- Healthcare staffing experience with 3+ years in healthcare recruiting
- Direct travel nursing experience
- Experience in healthcare specialties such as ICU, ER, Med Surg, Telemetry, OR, PACU, L&D, NICU is a strong plus
- Proven ability to execute and run a desk independently
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Willingness to use new tools to improve efficiency
Compensation
- USD 65,000 per year salary
- Commission (uncapped)
