Responsibilities

Process and approve weekly payroll with accuracy and timeliness
Prepare month-end payroll and HR reports
Manage fringe benefit payments and ongoing benefits administration
Onboard new hires and guide them through initial HR steps
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines
Maintain organized records and stay current on HR laws and regulations

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States with two valid forms of identification
Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for extended periods
Punctuality and reliability
Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Payroll processing experience with the ability to review and approve weekly payroll and generate month-end reports
Awareness of fringe benefit payments and onboarding processes for new employees
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Organized approach and continuous awareness of HR laws and regulations
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Knowledge of the benefits package
Certified Payroll / Davis-Bacon experience

Technologies

Experience with ATS systems, job promotion, and sourcing tools; familiarity with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn, and Indeed preferred.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and practices.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
