Part-time Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist-Property Management Exp Req. (Bilingual-Spanish)

Triple 3 Staffing Solutions is seeking a part-time Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to support talent acquisition and onboarding within the property management staffing space. The role, based in Las Vegas, NV with remote work options, requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and at least two years of recruiting or related HR sourcing experience in the property management or real estate sector. The position offers a flexible schedule and pays $500 per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for open job orders
• Assisting with filling client job orders and staffing needs
• Communicating with applicants regarding employment opportunities and onboarding requirements
• Assisting candidates through the onboarding process
• Collecting and reviewing required employment documents
• Coordinating employment verifications and/or background checks
• Maintaining confidential and accurate candidate, onboarding, and recruiting records
• Performing data entry and updating applicant tracking systems and databases
• Supporting compliance, administrative, and staffing functions as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting or related HR sourcing roles within the property management or real estate industry required
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and sales techniques to attract talent effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews confidently and articulate company values clearly
• Familiarity with employment and labor law regulations relevant to hiring practices
• Ability to research market trends, generate leads for talent acquisition campaigns
• Property management experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Spanish language required
