ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Behavioral Health Works is expanding its talent team to recruit ABA professionals for remote opportunities within California. The ABA Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and related roles, partnering with hiring leaders to attract and hire top talent aligned with our clinical and behavioral health focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for RBTs, BCBAs, and other ABA-related positions
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines within the ABA community
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for clinical fit
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation
- Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes
- Support employer branding initiatives within the ABA industry
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with direct ABA recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success hiring RBTs and BCBAs
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills
