Associate, Talent Acquisition (Campus School Recruiter)

Based onsite in Dallas, TX, this role supports Deloitte’s campus recruiting efforts by coordinating activities, managing candidate processes, and contributing to the campus strategy across assigned business areas.

Responsibilities

• Use recruiting knowledge, results, and market intelligence to shape strategies and influence internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs.
• Support campus recruiting across assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers.
• Collaborate with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to execute the campus hiring strategy.
• Build candidate pipelines across hiring profiles and businesses while maintaining ongoing relationships with candidates.
• Track and manage the budget for recruiting activities.
• Maintain candidate and school data in recruiting systems, monitor pipeline activity, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Participate in occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during peak periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to one of the designated locations for this role.
• Ability to travel approximately 20 percent, depending on workload and client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The Team

The Talent Acquisition team partners with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic input into the recruiting vision. The team advises, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, delivering full lifecycle recruiting services. Functions are organized by business and by hire type, including campus, experienced, and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.
