Corporate Recruiter

Atlantic Group invites you to join as a Corporate Recruiter in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA. You will lead full cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer and support a positive candidate experience. This position offers a pay rate of $35 to $40 per hour and the opportunity to shape recruiting processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
• Assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment with company culture
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective candidates
• Oversee job postings and employer branding initiatives
• Perform background checks and reference checks
• Negotiate offers and compensation packages
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple job openings concurrently
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
