Corporate Recruiter
Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for construction-related roles nationwide. This position is responsible for building sourcing pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring that hiring activities remain compliant while supporting the company’s growth and workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a range of construction-related positions.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and collaborating with hiring managers throughout selection.
- Establish and sustain a strong candidate pipeline using proactive sourcing approaches such as networking, job fairs, and online platforms.
- Work with department leaders to clarify hiring needs and deliver guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies from first contact through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and current recruitment records and reporting to track hiring metrics and support continuous process improvement.
- Strengthen the employer brand to attract diverse and high-caliber talent.
- Support onboarding activities and facilitate a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within construction or related industries.
- Strong working knowledge of recruitment best practices and U.S. employment laws.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for technical and skilled trade roles within construction.
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or an equivalent credential.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor market trends specific to the construction sector.

- Ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Competence using ATS and recruitment tools to support organized candidate tracking and accurate data management.
- Understanding of construction-specific roles and the use of diversity recruitment strategies to target specialized talent pools.
