Corporate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
Job Description
Always Compassionate Home Care offers a full-time, on-site talent acquisition role in Melville, NY (Monday through Friday). This position supports hiring for administrative, corporate, and operational support roles through a full-cycle recruiting approach, with an emphasis on clear communication and a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 annually.
Schedule & location: Fully on-site in Melville, NY, working Monday through Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for administrative, corporate, and operational support positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and assess candidates based on experience, qualifications, communication skills, and overall role fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to support a positive experience.
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Assist with drafting, updating, and posting job descriptions to improve applicant flow.
- Support pre-employment and onboarding activities, including background checks and new hire documentation.
- Request and review recruitment-related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other recruitment metrics.
- Work with the Recruitment Team to improve processes, strengthen candidate flow, and support department hiring goals.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and job boards (required).
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work fully on-site in Melville, NY, Monday through Friday.
- Experience in Workday Recruiting.
