Responsibilities

You will support high-volume recruitment for healthcare provider placements across hospital, clinic, and school partner organizations. Day to day, you will drive outreach, manage candidate flow, and maintain ongoing communication through the hiring process.

• Recruit healthcare providers for hospital, clinic, and school partners
• Generate high volume outbound calls daily
• Source qualified professionals using internet resources, job boards, cold calls, and referrals
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Stay connected with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years sales or recruiting experience
• Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation
• Ability to set and surpass goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $41,600.00 - $44,000.00 per year. Work location: In person.
