Responsibilities
- Maintain HR records tied to talent acquisition and employee relations
- Improve the talent acquisition lifecycle using evidence-based selection methods
- Develop and implement career development programs
- Lead recruitment for leadership roles and senior professionals
- Oversee all employee relations matters
- Roll out quarterly and annual staff and leader evaluations
- Participate in HR strategic planning and new program development
- Recommend and conduct training programs in relevant areas
- Design and administer programs that enhance positive employee experiences, including strong presence on the manufacturing floor
- Assist with terminations and conduct exit interviews
- Support New Hire Check-Ins and follow up as needed
- Promote a strong employer brand
- Develop a talent pipeline with educators and community groups
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Three to five years of progressively responsible HR experience is helpful
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with Employee Relations and Recruiting is required
- SHRM certification preferred
- Ability to work well independently and be self-directed
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
