Human Resources Manager

A Kind Heart Healthcare Services is hiring a Human Resources Manager to support and oversee HR operations across Recruitment, Credentialing/HR, and Staffing. This onsite role in Edmonds, WA focuses on hiring and onboarding caregivers, keeping credentialing and employee records accurate, and maintaining an organized staffing workflow for ongoing care needs.

In this position, you will supervise a team of about six team members and help ensure policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements are followed. The role also includes coaching teammates, monitoring staffing coverage and open shifts, and addressing people-related issues with appropriate escalation when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the Recruitment, HR/Credentialing, and Staffing teams.
• Oversee caregiver recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and maintenance of employee records.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and coordinate required training and skills verification.
• Monitor hiring and caregiver placement, identify staffing gaps, and track open shifts.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements are followed consistently.
• Coach team members and address performance or accountability concerns.
• Support employee relations and escalate complex HR matters as needed.
• Review department performance and identify improvements for hiring, staffing, retention, and workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, applicant, client, and company information.

What You Bring

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Comfort supervising employees and providing feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-through, problem-solving, and sound judgment.
• Dependable, proactive, coachable, and committed to growth with the company.

• USD 22–25 per hour

Preferred Experience

• Home care, home health, senior care, or healthcare staffing experience
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
• Washington CNA or HCA credential
• Experience with AxisCare or similar software
• Experience with caregiver recruitment or credentialing
